The famous painting ‘The Great Wave’ by Japanese artist Katsushika Hokusai whom many designers pay homage to the iconic wave in their work. Its evident that inspiration has been taken from his work to design this fabric from Tokyo.

Wave- Kimono silk fabric is of contrasting colours to make any room pop with colour. Fine detail in the light silver grey lines add volume and depth to the block pattern. The wave really pops out like the art work of Hokusai.

Wave-ii has more ivory wave ascending from either side of the cushion. A lovely red cloud at the top and bottom.

Fabric: Vintage Kimono silk fabric. Original as per the composition of the fabric and finished product. This fabric has been hand painted in some areas of the finer details.
